Attività di supporto
The course provides various opportunities to acquire skills.
The first is active participation in class. Just-in-time teaching is one of the main ways of good preparation; this means preliminary reading of the content to be discussed and group or dialogue work on the proposed topics. Attendance is therefore highly recommended.
Other possibilities include consulting online materials, which have been available for this course since 2016. There are videos, written inputs as well as the possibility of activating blogs on the sidelines of the topics discussed - especially for non-attending students.
The main course manual is designed in an interactive way: there are boxes that summarize the key contents, titles in the margin that indicate the central themes and restitutive and interactive questions at the end of each chapter. Students are invited to carefully study the manual, not only the notes taken in class, its key concepts and to use the questions at the end of the text that simulate the questions of the oral exam. The expectation is to be able to discriminate the knowledge at a good level of detail and to use it in a creative way.
